long as

Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR), providing the right to live, work, and study in

Who Can Apply
- Qualified doctors, nurses, health professionals, or adult social care workers.

employer.
- Hold a valid Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) from the employer.
- Meet the English language proficiency requirement (B1 level or higher).
- Earn a minimum annual salary of £26,200 (or £20,960 for
certain roles).
Application Process
- Apply online — from inside or outside the UK — up to 3 months before your job
start date.
- Submit required documents and attend a biometric appointment (if necessary).
- Include eligible dependants (partner and children) in your application.
- Receive a decision typically within 3 weeks (for applications outside the UK).

- Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) reference number.
- Proof of English language ability (CEFR Level B1 or equivalent).
- Valid passport or national ID.
- Job title, salary details, and occupation code.
- Employer name and sponsor licence number.
Fees and Financial Requirements
- Visa fee: £284 (up to 3 years) or £551 (over 3 years).
- Same fee applies for both in-country and overseas applications.
- Applicants must have at least £1,270 in savings to support themselves in the
UK.
- Exempt from the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS).
